India won comprehensively against West Indies by 105 runs yesterday. After winning the toss, India opted to bat first and scored 310 runs in 43 overs. Ajinkya Rahane made a brilliant century and Virat Kohli scored 87. The overs were cut short due to rain. Yuvraj Singh in a bizarre turn of events wore the wrong Jersey when he came out to bat in the second ODI against WestIndies. Yuvraj came out to bat at number 5 after all rounder Hardik Pandya lost his wicket on the last ball of the 35th over.
The Reason For India’s Loss At Champions Trophy Finals Against Pakistan
Viewers were quick to notice that Yuvraj Singh had wore the Champions Trophy Jersey instead of the Indian regular Jersey although there is a rule that if a team is participating in a particular tournament they should wear the logo of the tournament, but during a bilateral series the teams are supposed to wear their regular jerseys not everyone could spot the Champions Trophy logo on Yuvraj Jersey but a Twitter user pointed out his mistake on the site and some people decided to have some fun at the South paws expense.
Well, seems like it was a bad day for Yuvraj as apart from wearing a wrong jersey, he also failed to perform well. In 10 balls he scored just 14 runs and went back to the pavilion. But, Yuvraj, as we all know, is a tiger and he will make a strong comeback soon. The series is going to continue for quite some time and we believe he’ll surprise everyone with his batting.
